Anhui Guangda Mining Investment Co.,Ltd. to lay out the upstream market of oil and gas in Canada

On 11 April 2019 in Beijing, Anhui Guangda Mining Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Anhui Guangda) officially signed a joint exploration and development agreement with DeerGarden Resources Ltd. of Canada. After the signing of the agreement, Anhui Guangda officially became the majority shareholder and operator of the joint company, which is another significant move of Anhui Guangda after the layout in the United States, marking the company's continued optimism in the oil and gas market in North America.
